UNC Health Southeastern seeks a Cardiologist to join our dynamic community-based practice of General, Interventional & EP Cardiologists, Vascular and Thoracic Surgeons, and APPs, in Lumberton, North Carolina.

?Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship began in 2025
?Tests & Diagnosis: Cardiac Imaging, Echocardiogram, Cardiac Catheterization, Cath Lab, Radial Access, PET Scan, Stress Tests (exercise, dobutamine, nuclear and stress echo), EKG, Dedicated EP Lab, Ambulatory Cardiac Monitoring, ABI, Doppler Ultrasound ?Heart Treatments: Cardioversion, Pacemaker and ICD Clinic, Angioplasty, Atherectomy, Heart Failure Clinic, Valvuloplasty, Valve Repair and Replacement, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation
?Vascular Treatments: Bypass surgery for PAD, Endovascular therapy for PAD, Carotid Endarterectomy, EVAR, Vein Clinic
?CVICU and dedicated Cardiology Progressive Care Unit

There are more than 135 physicians on the active medical staff. 

REQUIREMENTS
?Unrestricted Licensed DO/MD in NC or eligible
?BC/BE in Cardiology
?Good communication skills
?Must meet criteria for medical staff credentials at UNC Health Southeastern
