Join a collegial team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 4 APCs as well as specialty providers in Cardiology, Vascular, Pain Management, Endocrinology, Mammography, Gastro and Wound Care.

Position Highlights:
- Work Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday?Friday, 8:00 AM?5:00 PM (1/2 day of admin time)
- Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
- Facility: Christus Mother Frances Jacksonville is a Critical Access Hospital with 25 beds, full service imaging and laboratory
- Technology: AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
- EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
